The farmhouse is entered through an Andalusian patio with a porch to eat on sunny days. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room with office, 1 bathroom and a garage. On the second floor there are 5 bedrooms and a bathroom. Behind the farmhouse there are two warehouses with all the necessary machines for the cultivation of olive trees.

The olive grove occupies 30 hectares and has 5,000 olive trees on a single foot, it has drip irrigation and a well water concession of 70 million liters per year. The olive trees are 24 years old and 300,000 kg of olives are removed annually.

The small town of Oria offers everything for day to day requirements and Albox is just 20 minutes away where there are lots of shops (many British owned) to choose from.

The coast is an hour and twenty minutes away and Almeria airport 1.30 hrs.
