The property is situated in El Margen, a hamlet with a bar situated just 10 minutes’ drive away from Cullar, which has all of the usual amenities including a great public swimming pool open during the summer months. Granada airport is the nearest which is 1h15 drive away followed by Almeria, Murcia, Alicante and Malaga. The coast is around 1h30 drive away however there are beach areas around 30 minutes’ drive away at Lake Negratin as well as hot springs.
