Stairs from the living room lead to the first floor with main bedroom 3.1m x 2.35m with east facing window, second bedroom 2.7m x 1.5m with window to rear. These rooms could combine to make one large bedroom with great views. Bathroom fully tiled with bath with shower, wash hand basin and WC.

The property is set in 2,000 m2 of land with a river running through and is situated just on the edge of a hill surrounded by country and trees and no neighbours.

The entrance to the property is through double wrought iron gates with a small storage building on the left. Small vineyard with approximately 50 vines, lots of fruit trees and olive trees.  Access to the house is over a bridge which crosses a river dry for approximately 3 months per year. Stone steps lead to a flagstone patio with an attractive old bread oven, old mill wheel table and a vine covered trellis leading to the front door.

There is no mains electricity at the moment but all the cables have been laid to the edge of the property so connection is not a problem. Water is supplied by a private well.

Madronero is a small town 10 minutes south of Trujillo with shops, restaurants, medical centre, two schools, banks, municipal swimming pool and a weekly street market.
