A superb country estate of 482 hectares (1,205 acres) which forms part of a larger estate of 580 hectares in peaceful, tranquil location. Almost 400 hectares (1,000 acres) are pine forest with 250,000 pine trees, oak, juniper among others. There are a quarter of a million 24 year old pine trees ready for cutting. The farm is populated mainly by two species of pine, Pinus Resinero (Pinus Pinaster) and Pino Carrasco (Pinus halepensis).The population density of these pines is very high since at least 25 or 30 years the farm has not exploited.

The main house has been completely rebuilt by the present owner and has a built area of 600 m2 along with a bodega of some 30 m2 in the basement. Solidly made of stone it is comprised of two halls, the upper is large and overlooks the two terraces. Two lounges with large fireplaces, office, games room, kitchen, pantry, dining room, cellar, laundry room and garage. The first floor has a suite with dressing room, bathroom, toilet, plus terrace, seven bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and five full bathrooms.

On the farm there is another old house in ruins on two floors with about 400 m2 area where employees lived. The exterior walls are made of stone and have kept for their beauty, there is no roof. This house is about 100 meters from the main house, and can be renovated and provide running water and electricity. There are two other small livestock buildings, also to rehabilitate. Within the grounds is an old cortijo to renovate as well as a hunting pavilion.

There is plenty of game such as wild boar, mountain goat, deer, and even Capricorn which are attracted to this area because of the abundance of water. Water comes from two springs, one producing 1,000,000 litres a day and the other 350,000 litres a day. The wells form a small creek running 500 meters through the property. Water deposit of 30,000 litres for the main building and two more water deposits for the vegetable and fruit gardens. There is the possibility to commercialise the water with EU subsidies of the investment. A transformer of A.T for exclusive use of the estate of 50m kwa. In the garage of the main house, there is a diesel oil boiler, with its corresponding hot water accumulator of 300 litres and its fuel tank of 1000 litres. 

The whole perimeter of the farm, about 11.5 km is marked with markers. There are private interior roads of the farm that serve both to remove the wood that is cut, and to organise the monterías that are celebrated in the farm. Some of these roads have a barrier with chain to prevent the entry of people outside the farm. 

Of the 482 hectares there is a meadow south of 9-10 hectares in front of the house best for agriculture and within this land there is a good percentage around 50,000 or 60,000 m2 deep soil with irrigation water. In ancient times there have always lived three families living on the farm and they planted all kinds of vegetables and fruit in this valley. 

The estate lies in the Sierra de Segura, Jaen province about 900 meters above sea level and enjoys a year round temperate climate. The property is accessed from the next village on a 9 km well maintained forest track. There is excellent horse riding and ample space for keeping all kinds of animals. Well suited as a small country hotel or hunting lodge, because of the abundance of water also crabs and fish could be farmed there.
