The cortijo is 350 m2 and consists of ground floor - huge kitchen diner with vaulted roof from converted barn, formal dining room, and large sitting room with fireplace. Guest apartment with lounge, bedroom and bathroom.

First floor - three double bedrooms with en-suite, one double bedroom without bathroom.

Terrace/Balcony. Yoga studio which also has its own independent entrance.

The casita is currently used as a workshop but has a kitchen and bathroom already.

The grounds cover 7,500m2 and include a parking area, four ponds and water features, planted mature trees, chicken coups, vegetable garden, various patio areas, a greenhouse made entirely out of recycled windows and materials. There are lots of fruit trees and a number of almonds trees. Has a well for irrigation which can used for drinking water as well.

All mains services are connected and there’s some solar power. Heating is via a heat pump system.

Situated in Los Alamos, near Chirivel. The pretty village of Chirivel is steeped in history from Roman times. It has all the usual facilities including a market on Friday mornings. It's a beautiful village with a pretty tree lined river and fantastic views and surrounding scenery making it a great place to visit.
