The cortijo has 2 bedrooms, kitchen with Arabic oven, living room with fireplace, bathroom, several garages that can be attached to the house, barbecue area.

The second floor of the house is open, currently used as a storage room, but it could be modified and make more rooms.

Set in 10,000 m2 of completely fenced land with swimming pool and water well. 150 olive trees in production, 4 cherry trees, 6 apricot trees, 4 pear trees, 4 plums and more than 500 vineyards grapes varieties Tempranillo, Grenache and Muscat. The last oil harvest was 4000 kg.

A five minute drive from Baza which has lots to offer as it's located next to the A92 motorway making Granada city and its airport under an hour away.

This historical town has undergone no end of improvements over recent years and now offers great investment and a thoroughly nice place to live with many parks, shops, bars, restaurants, a theatre, schools, hospital, weekly market and various indoor and outdoor swimming pools etc.

It's famous for its fiesta "Cascamorras" which usually takes place in September and is just 10 minutes’ drive away from the beautiful Lake Negratin which has beach areas, hot springs and water sports available.

Granada airport is just an hour away and 1.5 hours from the coast. Other accessible airports are Almeria, Murcia, Alicante and Malaga.
