Access is by a country land for approximately 2 km n good condition. It is only 5 minutes’ drive to the A92 motorway in Granada province and around 30 minutes from Granada city.

Approximately 6,000 trees are the variety Picual and have installation of automatic irrigation drip, single standing and ready for harvesting by an olive machine. There are about 7 acres with approximately 2,000 almond trees and the rest of the estate is scrubland. The farm is mostly flat land and has grants for olive and almond trees.

Hunting on the farm is in abundance with partridges, rabbits and hares.

There is a private well with inexhaustible flow of about 13 l. per second, this water is pumped to an existing marsh in the highest part of the farm with a capacity of 1 million litres, also has rights to another well.

Cave 1 is 200 m2 and in perfect condition set in a small oasis of pine and olive trees.
