A commercial olive farm of 399.71 hectares distributed as follows: 126 Hectares with 25,500 highly productive olive trees of 2 and 3 feet with drip feed irrigation, 239 hectares of land arable land which can be planted with olive or almond trees and 34.71 hectares of forest.

There is approximately 2,500 m2 of constructions. A large Andalucian cortijo with swimming pool, several agricultural buildings, stables and there is all the necessary machinery for working the farm.

Olives were placed in several stages and there are still lots of potential to grow the business further.The arable land has had a project for extending the olive grove and plant almond trees, which would bring good yields per hectare. The olive trees are 18 and 21 years old so the production will increase greatly over the next few years.

The farm is located in the municipality of Agron close to Alhama de Granada and around 20 minutes to the centre of Granada.
