A 123 hectare olive farm of which approximately 100 hectares are productive olive trees and 23 hectares of scrubland.  There 26,000 olive trees, made up of Arbequino: 9,000 olive trees. Hojiblanco: 11,000 olive trees,  Other varieties: 250 olive trees.

The farm has a main house on two floors, the ground floor has kitchenm dinng room, living room with fireplace, pantry/cellar, bathroom, toilet and a bedroom, The first floor has 5 bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside is a terrrace with porch, pool and landscaped gardens.

From the cortijo you enter the olive grove with the trees all having drip irrigation, and along a path adorned with palm trees, you reach the back where there are three covered parking areas, there is a garden area with pool and with superb views of the farm, large front terrace with covered outside dining.

The farm is irrigated from a large swamp that is in the high part of the farm and that is filled with two wells and a stream. The olive trees are watered by drip irrigation system, the farm having several wells with water for it, in addition the farm is crossed by the Arroyo de la Vinuela, from which there is a bypass to extract water to the irrigation pond which ha a capacity of 13,000,000 liters.

There is a managers’/guardians house, machinery warehouse of about 600 m2 and 3 covered garages. Various nachineryto operate the farm is included in the sale. The farm has a permanent employee dedicated to the care and maintenance of the plantation. 

The farm is located on the border practically with the province of Málaga in the municipality of Loja, on the Cuesta de la Palma. Exit 178 from the A-92 towards Malaga (Carretera de la Palma Dehesa de los Montes km.6). It is a privileged enclave, being located 30 km from the AVE station Antequera- Santa Ana (Exit 146 A-92 towards Seville) and pending inauguration of the new AVE station, in the municipality of Loja, about 8 kms.
