A very spacious well-maintained 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with a one bedroom attic flat with separate entrance. This well maintained cave house is like a tardis, and round every corner/through every room is a very pleasant surprise!! The cave is situated in a very quiet location in the little hamlet of Puente Arriba, which is part of the lovely village of Benamaurel.

You enter the property into the living room and if you turn right there is a kitchen/diner. Behind the kitchen is bedroom 1. At the back of the lounge is bedroom 2 which has a sink in it and a door that leads to a bathroom. If you walk through the bathroom there is another door that leads to a lovely little bar which is also accessible from the patio, great for entertaining! There is another room at the back of the bar.

Beyond the kitchen is an office/study and if you go through there you will find a shower room and

large pantry. There is also another room off from the kitchen which is a bedroom (3). Then you follow the cave through and you come to another bedroom (4) and a doorway with stairs leading to the attic flat(which used to be the old grain room, you can still see the original grain shoot).

The stairway has a pretty tree feature and the top of the stairway opens up to a beautiful attic flat consisting of a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with its own separate entrance through the living room. It has many rustic features such as wooden beams and is really pretty.

This attic flat has two entrances from the main road which is above the cave - one via a slope and one via steps.

At the top of the cave is the antique telephone box and grain store.

All mains services are connected and the property has a soak away. Wi-Fi is currently connected. There is a water reserve that can be used on the rare occasion of low water pressure.

The cave is being sold partly furnished and the attic flat fully furnished.

The cave has good access and a large patio area with plenty of room for parking, a garage and lots of room for enjoying the most beautiful view from its southerly orientation (with a drink from the bar)!! Beyond the bar is a large wood store perfect for wood and storing garden furniture etc.

The cave is situated in a very quiet location in the little hamlet of Puente Arriba, which is part of the lovely village of Benamaurel. Puente Arriba has a bar, a church and a little shop. It is situated in between Benamaurel and Castillejar and is 7km to each.

It is around 1h30 from the coast and 25 minutes (30km) away from Lake Negratin which has beach areas. The nearest airport from Benamaurel is Granada which is approximately 1h15 (152km). The other nearest airports are - Almeria 1h39 (166km), Murcia 2h10 (200km), Alicante 2h20 (237) and Malaga 2h22 (244km).
