Including the generously laid out patios, gardens and equestrian installations the hotel complex uses an area of about 5 acres. The remaining 26.5 acres of rich agricultural land are used for growing oats.The various buildings have a total built area of 2,200 m2. The left wing of the U form complex is formed by a two storey building.

The ground floor has a private bar reserved for house guests, a TV room and a comfortable lounge. The central part of the U is formed by a large, 400 m2 multi-purpose room, i.e. for celebrations, banquets, seminars etc

The wing to the right is the old completely renovated cortijo. This wing has a very comfortable restaurant the highlight of which is the original log burning oven, a small bar and the commercial kitchen with spacious larder.The remaining ground floor is reserved for the owners’ accommodation with two bedrooms sharing a bathroom and separate toilets.

On the upper floor are four more bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as the master suite. There is also the ample, rustic and very cosy lounge with open fireplace.

Outside is a separate area for the swimming pool with sun terraces and the equestrian installations including a round pen and 16 horse boxes in need of some repair.
