Large highly productive olive farm and mill in the municipality of Tabernas 30 km from the city of Almeria.

The finca is 500 hectares are planted with approximately 100,000 olive trees. The annual production is 6 million kg of olives. The olives are 80% variety Picual, 10% Hojiblanca and the remaining 10% Arbequina.

The finca has good access from the highway and has roads throughout it. There is the possibility to install wind turbines in the boundaries of the property as there are close to transmission lines the estate.
