The equestrian centre was opened 17 years ago and is situated at 35 km from Almería. It has only been operating as a club for the past 10 years. With Almeria having the best climate in Spain the property has become a very popular equestrian holiday destination centre over the years.

The terrain is sloping and forms four terraces. On the bottom terrace is the 20m x 40m riding arena and 5m diameter lunging circle. The ten 3m x 3m open horse stables with paddocks are on the second terrace. There is also the 3m x 6m barn for the horse fodder.

On the next terrace is the parking, toilets, a barbecue area and the 120.000 litre water deposit.

Finally, on the top terrace is the 120 m2 owners house comprised of four bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, store room and the garage, as well as a 40 m2 terrace.

Next to the main house are two guest bungalows with each 35 m2. The property has mains electricity and internet service. Water comes from a well.
