When you arrive at the property, you will find a wide entrance with a garage. From here there is an access to the plot planted with olive trees. Further on you pass through a gate that leads to a porch with a sofa-swing from where you can enjoy the beautiful views. Passing behind the porch you reach the back garden of the house, with a swimming pool and children's playground, also a barbecue area and the storage room are located here. Perfect place to enjoy meals with friends and family in summer, but also on sunny winter days.

From the porch you can enter the house distributed on one floor. Passing through the entrance on the left hand side we find the cosy lounge around the fireplace, ideal for the colder months of the year. The open plan of the house makes a big space joining the bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room. On the right hand side after entering we have a spacious kitchen, which comes fully equipped. The house also has two large bedrooms with double beds and a large bathroom with hydro-massage bath and shower. From one of the rooms there are glass doors leading to the back patio where you have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool .

The house is located about 10 minutes from the nearest town of Colmenar where you will find everything from supermarkets, pharmacies to bars and restaurants. But closer to the house there is a restaurant just 3 mins drive away. It is 45 minutes from Málaga city and 40 minutes from the airport.
