This 2 star hotel has fantastic potential for hosting activity holidays such as hiking, paragliding, climbing and horse-riding. It has its own bar, restaurant, swimming pool and stables. The entrance to the hotel functions as the reception area, from which there is access to the restaurant and bar. The large restaurant (approximately 200 m2) is circular in shape, with a central fireplace and a BBQ and it is possible to construct a large terrace off the restaurant. The restaurant is served by a semi-professional kitchen and there is also a fully-equipped bar, giving excellent potential for the new owners to achieve good earnings through the supply of meals and drinks in addition to the accommodation charges.

Alongside the bar and restaurant is a 5 x 8 meter swimming pool which offers views of the Natural Park of El Torcal.

The hotel letting accommodation is divided into 2 houses with each containing 4 en-suite rooms with beds for 4 people, so in total it is possible to sleep 32 people. Each large room is equipped with a double bed and 2 single sofa beds.  In every room there is a separate power / fuse box, gas heating for winter, TV and internet connection.

The owners´ accommodation is located above the bar and has a large living / dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.  The views from here are of the stunning El Torcal.

The property is on 20,000 m2 of land with stables for 12 horses and plenty of room to stock saddles, etc. There is also the possibility to create a paddock above the stables

It is only 50km from Malaga, and the airport, and just 1km from a mountain town with shops, banks and bars and restaurants, but in a peaceful, rural location.
